神经信号传递

神经信号是一种电信号,其传导速度极快,信号在神经上传递时表现为电位变化,但在胞体间传递时却有不同的介质。神经信号传递是指将动作电位(神经冲动、信号)沿着其轴索进行运送,以及将信号从一个神经元传递至另一神经元或传递至一个效应细胞引发的出的相应的反应。神经元是能处理电化学信号的特殊细胞,最主要的功能是通过突触进行细胞间的信息传递。它的树突和轴突分别承担信号输入和输出的功能。发出信号的神经元称为突触前细胞,而接受信号的神经元则称为突触后细胞,二者之间的胞外间隙称为突触。

突触前细胞中的配体和电压门控离子通道,通过控制离子涌入调控膜电位。阳离子快速涌入细胞会去极化突触前神经元,触发动作电位,通过轴突传播到突触前末端。在电压门控钙通道的作用下,钙离子涌入突触前末端,含有神经递质的突触囊泡会结合突触前膜,释放神经递质到胞外。这些神经递质穿过突触,结合到突触后细胞树突上部的突触后受体,从而完成神经信号传递。整个信号传递过程中,包括G蛋白偶联受体、受体酪氨酸激酶和离子通道等数十种细胞受体将参与其中。这些受体。
