Background
In normal tissues, cytokeratin (high molecular weight) is mainly expressed in normal squamous epithelium, ductal epithelium and other laminated epithelium. Positive expression was found in lung squamous cell carcinoma, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, cholangiocarcinoma and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
